Calibri, a sans serif typeface, together with serif typeface Cambria, Constantina, sans serif Candara, Corbel and a monospaced face Consolas (same category as Courier) are the new ClearType text and print typeface font collection in Office 2007 that incorporates improved ClearType and OpenType technologies in order to improve the structure and the clarity of the letter forms for easier extended on-screen reading. If you’re using 2007 Microsoft Office System suite (or Microsoft Office 2007) programs especially Word 2007, you may notice that the default font for the Word document is Calibri with default font size of 11 at document body, replacing the old favorite Times New Roman.
